After 25 years, we’ve gotten a lot of the same pet product shipping questions. To save you the trouble of asking, we’ve compiled our most common question and their corresponding answers. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Shipping charges and available service vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please note that international shipping rates apply to all locations outside the continental United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Who Do You Ship Through?

Color Pet Products ships via USPS. During check-out, you’re given the choice of First Class or Priority Mail.

Where Does My Purchase Ship From?

We ship globally from our manufacturing plant just outside of Detroit in Livonia, Michigan, where all of our products are made.

When Can I Expect My Order to Ship?

Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt and on a first come, first served basis. Priority Mail orders are processed ahead of First Class mail orders. We strive to get all orders shipped out within 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of placing your order. Thank you for your business.
